Background
ME & MY COACH was developed in 2005 to cater for the increasingly growing need for individual progression in team sports.

Using the longstanding model of private tuition supporting the efforts of our public schools national curriculum, ME & MY COACH identified a similar and growing need in the football education market.

At the amateur level a football teams coach will on average spend 1.5 to 3 hours per week either on the training ground or at a match with their players.

With an average squad size of 14 players that equates to approximately 12 minutes each player could equally expect to receive personalised and dedicated guidance from their coach.

We believe this level of attention is not sufficient to develop and maximise a players progression in the sport and will not maximise the potential of senior players, so therefore placing a coach and a player in a one on one environment is an alternative and positive solution to the problem and is guaranteed to reap benefits for the player.

Our Method
Our success is achieved by maintaining the following best practice.

• The creation of repetition based bespoke coaching sessions

• Utilising qualified and suitably experienced coaching staff
• Using the latest football training equipment and conditioning aids as used by professional clubs across the country.

• Using video technology as a method to record, measure and influence progression

Our Standards
We maintain the following standards.

FA Coaching Qualifications
All coaching staff are qualified to a pre agreed coaching level in combination with having an extensive coaching background with experience which matches the needs of their individual clients.

Regulations
All ME & MY COACH staff are in receipt of certificates, checks and approvals for First Aid, Child Protection and the Criminal Records Bureau.

Data Protection
ME & MY COACH subscribe to the notification of the Data Protection Act to ensure all information held relating to our clients is used and disposed of appropriately.

Public Liability Insurance
All clients and participants of ME & MY COACH programmes are covered for personal loss and injury to the level of £5,000,000.
