| Q |
I fractured my ankle
back in May but now coming to the end of my recovery. I need
to regain my fitness and touch. Can you help? |
| A |
In normal circumstances the services
of a dedicated fitness instructor would be best in assisting
with regaining your fitness however, our Development Programme
can be designed to work on any area of your game and if fitness
is the immediate need then yes we can help. The difference
being that we would use a football throughout the programme
to assist in both regaining your fitness and rebuilding your
familiarity and touch with the ball. |

| Q |
Out of interest I thought football
coaching was done with teams so where have you got your coaching
drills and methods from for an individual? |
| A |
All drills and practical sessions are
bespoke depending on the need of the client. They are drawn
from various sources such as professional coaching and educational
publications but generally come from within the experience
of our coaches who are used to breaking down an activity so
that it concentrates on the individual. |

| Q |
I coach a team but don’t know how best to coach
them to defend set pieces. Do you suggest me getting a coach
for a workshop with my back 4 or a having a consultation? Which
is going to make the biggest and quickest difference to the
team? |
| A |
A combination of the 2 is achievable by you attending and
participating with your players within in a workshop. You can
then take the guidance and practical knowledge with you in to
your next training session and future games. |
