Tournament Partner Programme

The enormous amount of time and effort youth football club representatives take to prepare, organise and deliver a successful youth football tournament could well be spent on other areas.

If you represent a club and wish to partner with an organisation that can undertake the following tournament task list and still deliver the club considerable funds then contact us now for an initial consultation.

WHATS INVOLVED

Team Sales

All promotional activities, email, phone and direct mail marketing

Sponsorship / Advertising

Sponsorship packages and Advertising opportunities created and sold to local community businesses.

Entry Administration

Receipt and processing of all team entry forms

Website

Create web page and online registration facility

Telephone / Email Administration

Response to all incoming enquiries and associated administration by phone and email

Team Welcome Packs and Confirmations

 

The collation and distribution of welcome packs to team representatives shortly prior to tournament

Parking

Manage arrival and departure of vehicles to defined parking areas in conjunction with volunteers

Programmes

Design, Print and Distribute

Pitches

Layouts, markings and segregation

Goals / Nets

Arrange for either the purchase, rental or loaning of appropriate goals

Balls, Flags, Cones

Supply and distributed accordingly

Format and Rules

By committee agree on tournament format and rules

Officials

Select and appoint required officials for the entire event

Administrative Area

Accommodate all onsite administration

Medical Assistance

Arrange for appropriate onsite medical assistance

Signage

Plan and direct people around site efficiently

Power

Gas or Electric Supply as and where required

Insurance and Affiliation

Ensure appropriate cover is in place for the level of event and affiliate with the appropriate football assocaiation

Communications

Coordinate all onsite communications with appointed staff members and volunteers

Food & Beverage

Organise in conjunction with volunteers all catering outlets with responsibility for onsite set-up, litter collection and complete removal of waste from site.

Awards / Trophies

Coordinate purchase of awards for all teams reaching finals

WC &Changing

Arrange adequate access and maintain standards

Raffle/Stalls/Entertainment

Coordinate raffle prizes and tickets. Create and manage stalls.

Cash Collection

Effectively manage all cash collection and deposits

Set up

Coordinate overall onsite setup of tournament in conjunction with volunteers

Close down

Coordinate overall onsite closedown of tournament in conjunction with volunteers
